“In his works, Krucek embraces the theme of visual polarity between a surface of the wall and the work itself. The contradiction of the work and the wall (which he considers as significant factor) is in his works thus eliminated by including the wall/background into the context of the image.
In the last century, traditional painting/object as a compact tableau has been countlessly questioned, even dismissed, nevertheless revitalized again in new systems.
The uniqueness of Krucek’s work lies in the integration of a painting and the surface of the wall by visual merging of one into the other.”
